Want your child to experience the sport of rowing?
On the water during 1st session!
During the 3 x 2.5hr school holiday sessions your 13-17 year old will learn to row with similar aged youth by accredited rowing coaches with WWCC.
During the course, they will learn to apply the fundamentals of rowing technique both on land and water, as well as understanding boat handling and rowing terminology.
Rowing is an awesome low-impact development sport!
Following the L2R course, you will be able to elect for your child to continue rowing, and offered a $200 discount on membership when you join the APSM Rowing Club (APSMRC) as a youth rower.
Our course is 80% practical and 20% theory!

When are L2R Courses run?
Courses are during school holidays, and are scheduled based on interest. Once The L2R Coordinator establishes interest, dates are set and pre-registered participants will be contacted.
What happens after I complete the L2R?
Once you have completed the learn to row, you may apply to become a Member of APSMRC. Your 1st year fee is subsidised by $200.
Included in your APSMRC membership fee is access to the development squad and free coaching.
